I am a freelance food and wine writer and a member of the Guild of food writers. For seven years I was food and wine editor at Yorkshire Life Magazine and for three years, Relish Food Magazine. Since May 2008 I am the Editor/Writer for the New York Times Co, About on British and Irish Food. About is one of the top 15 websites in the world with an average 55 million page views per month. Other work includes, Chair of the Regional Food Group Awards and I sit on the panel of the Yorkshire Tourist Board judging panel for the annual awards in tourism. Consultancy roles include Timothy Taylor Brewery, Yorkshire Agricultural Society and the British Food Trust.
